by commissioning me you agree to the following

1. general

no bigoted stuff! no nsfw, gore, nudity, or fandom characters. light blood and recreational drugs is okay, no hard drugs.willing to draw humans/humanoids and kemonomimis. ask about furries and ferals!explicit permission required from all owners if multiple ocs requested belong to different people.for customs/designs you can gift, resell, trade, and redesign, but don't sell for more than you paid please!i have a right to decline any inquiry.

2. payment

all prices are base price. extra characters or complex designs/scenes may incur a higher fee!payment in USD through paypal or ko-fi.
process is approval sketch > full payment > finished product!refunds are negotiable. that said, i will not refund past the approval sketch stage. commission deadlines are a month (30 days) from payment date.commissions can be cancelled if they aren't paid for.payment within 24 hours for designs, or i can hold for up to 48 hours :)

3. usage

i am allowed to use my commission work to promote myself and post it where i choose (please tell me if you do not want me to!). do not edit my artwork. crops, adding filters, emojis, or stickers is okay!personal use is fine and encouraged! icons, avatars, showing off to others - just credit me.do not use my artwork for commercial purposes. i have all the rights to the art i produce.
